This section is where the compiler of this genealogy gets to tell his story. Once you have read it you will not be greatly inclined to return to it. (The music is nice though.)

This is where the actual genealogy starts. You will have the choice of two formats which will be explained as you proceed. There is also some helpful information to be found here ===>>

This takes you to the picture book of the genealogy where you will see how some of your kinfolk appeared. Many living cousins will be seen as well as ancient ancestors.  Altogether you could see more than 850 pictures but close to a hundred of these are in a self-indulgent group of Lynn and Carol's family and friends. It is the last group in "Album Contents" and is easily avoided.
Several of the pages in this section are uncommonly long because of the number of pictures to be displayed. When these are selected there may be a bit of a delay before they appear (depending on the age of your computer).

Here is where you will find items of historical interest concerning people or events which would not fit well within the body of the genealogy or would be lost therein.

Anything you would like to tell me about this genealogy is very welcome. Information about corrections or additions is especially appreciated.

This section gives access to the book The Ancestors and Descendants of Winfield Dyer Gallup and Florence Bertha Miles, pub. 2005. It also contains a few words about keeping this genealogy growing, has some information on the Velocity airplane and some other items that don't fit anywhere else.
